These terms apply to your use of Nanajee.com. By using the site you agree to them.

Itineraries and prices

Itineraries are created by an AI trip planner from the details you give. Prices, times and opening hours are estimates and can change; always check the final price and details before you book.

Bookings with partners

Many links on this site take you to partner websites (such as airlines, hotel booking sites, Klook, KKday, car rental and insurance companies). Your booking is a contract between you and that company, under its terms. We may earn a commission when you book, at no extra cost to you.

Bookings arranged by our team

If you ask a Nanajee travel expert to book for you, we will confirm the details, price and conditions with you before you pay.

Travel documents

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements and travel insurance for your trip.

Content

Travel guides and blog articles are for general information. We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail is current.

Traveler Points program

1. Who can join. The Traveler Points program (“the program”) is free and open to anyone 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live). No purchase is necessary. You sign in with your email address; one account per person.

2. What you can share. You can share photos and written stories from your own trips at nanajee.com/share. You may only share photos you took yourself and words you wrote yourself. Don’t share photos of other people without their permission, or anything offensive, misleading, copied or promotional.

3. Approval. Every photo and story is reviewed by Nanajee before it appears on the site or earns points. We may approve, edit for length or clarity, decline, or later remove any share at our discretion, without giving a reason.

4. Points. Points are added only after approval:

  • 10 points per approved photo, up to 10 photos per destination
  • 100 points per approved story of at least 300 words
  • 50 bonus points if we feature your story

Points have no cash value. They can’t be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and are only used for rewards in this program.

5. Rewards. When you reach 1,000 points you can claim one reward:

  • Canada and the USA: a free Nanajee T-shirt, shipped free to the address you give us
  • Other countries: a US$25 Amazon gift card sent by email

Claiming a reward uses 1,000 points. Rewards are usually sent within 4–6 weeks. If an item isn’t available, we may substitute a reward of similar value. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by carriers or for a wrong address you provide. Amazon is not a sponsor of this program; Amazon gift card terms apply.

6. Permission to use your shares. By sharing, you confirm the content is yours. You give Nanajee a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to display, resize, crop and publish it on nanajee.com, in our emails and on our social media pages, with your first name and city. You keep ownership of your photos and words. To have a share removed, contact us and we’ll take it down from nanajee.com within a reasonable time.

7. Your privacy. We show only your first name and city with your shares and on the “Top travelers” list. You can hide yourself from that list on your My points page. We remove hidden location data from uploaded photos. Your email and address are used only to run the program and send your reward, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Misuse. We may cancel points, decline a reward or close an account if we believe the program is being misused. Examples include fake or copied content, multiple accounts, or automated submissions.

9. Changes or ending the program. We may change the points, the rewards or these rules, or pause or end the program at any time. Where possible we’ll post changes on this page in advance. If we end the program, members with enough points will have at least 30 days to claim a reward.
