When you click Book on Nanajee.com, you book directly with that company (for example the airline, hotel site, car rental, tour or insurance provider). Your booking, payment, changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by that company under its own terms. Please contact them first, using the details in your booking confirmation.

If our team books a trip for you, we will tell you the cancellation and refund rules of each part of the trip before you pay. Airlines, hotels and tour operators set their own rules, and some fares are non-refundable. Any refund is paid back to the original payment method once we receive it from the supplier.
